Our commercial team is often the initial point of contact for new staff within an existing client or for a prospective client looking to review the options available to them for printing requirements.

Kevin Clark oversees a team aiming to provide accurate and appropriate prices for our services. Often the breadth of our printing, finishing and distribution facilities means that initial thoughts on the best production route for a project can be revised to give a more competitive price or provide a platform for introducing new services at a later date. Their extensive knowledge of our business enables them to advise on options and provide prices accurately and promptly.

Kevin also manages the ever-important invoicing function which underpins our financial stability. For some clients we provide extensive spreadsheet analysis for hundreds of jobs a month, for others it’s a matter of ensuring that our invoice reflects our estimate and any other requests that have occurred during production.

We are happy to work with and integrate into automated payment systems, to consolidate invoices to an agreed timeframe and send single invoices.

Our approach to commercial matters includes reviewing our costs and adjusting our cost rates on a regular basis. Prices honestly reflect the cost of production and the potential for a long and mutually rewarding business relationship.
